In this WOW Patrol visit, City manager Mary Suhm thanks parking enforcement officers Sheila Robinson and Phillip Crockett for staying with a 5-year old whose mother had left her alone in the car one hot day. Instead of issuing a ticket, Robinson and Crockett bought the girl ice cream and stayed with her until help arrived.
