This is a clip from episode 4 - the tv movie titled "Man From Atlantis-The Disappearances". The newly discovered Atlantean Mark Harris (played by Patrick Duffy) has an encounter with an attractive female. Being a half human/half aquatic creature and somewhat new to the human population, Mark has yet to understand emotions and humor (hence the "Spock-like" lack of emotion). Here he crosses paths with a woman who has no idea of his underwater origins.

Part 4 - In this last scene, 19th century Billy realizes he doesn't like Mark's 20th century science, and decides to jump ship and return to his own identity. On his way out, he manages to confuse the heck out of "Elizabeth" (Belinda Montgomery). I love how Elizabeth chooses to ignore the hidden rougish meaning behind Billy's use of the word "attack" - he's obviously quite enamoured with her, unlike the straight laced Mark Harris. You'll see what I mean.

From quite possibly the most embaressing, yet campiest, Man From Atlantis episode #11 titled "IMP". In this scene, Mark Harris (Patrick Duffy) tries in vain to gain control of his shipmates, who have temporarily lost their minds. In the process, he is the butt of some childish pranks played by the "IMP" (Pat Moritas) - and of course, MARK IS NOT AMUSED. Watch as he makes a heroic dive, slips on marbles, and gets his fingers smacked by a toy hammer. Looks like something you'd see on an episode of "The Monkees". Gotta love Patrick for putting up with the atrocious writing on this particular episode.

Part 3 - In this scene, Mark's twin "Billy", obviously not as adept in the water as Mark, boards the submersible "Citation". Of course, the crew think it's actually Mark Harris and are quite puzzled as to his odd behavior. I love PD's face when he is hugged by Belinda. Priceless.
