"Dun Eistein" is a waltz written by myself for my Grandparents, the Morrison's of Thrumster, Caithness, Scotland. It is also the ancestral home of the Clan Morrison on the north tip of the Isle of Lewis. The wee camera it's captured on for this clip doesn't really do it justice but you can listen to a better version at... http://www.myspace.com/hughmorrison Note Mason playing the Viol, a beautiful instrument played wonderfully well. As is Jed guitar playing off course :-) The wee 2 row has mighty strong reeds so the balance is a little off!! Again this clip is taken at Jed's house in early August 2008, after a long day in the studio recording "Sands of Aberdeen" album which is due out in early October.
