RATING: G, for families. No need to flag. I, too, have found a Schindler hydraulic elevator at a mall AMC! This is the elevator that goes from the mall level to the theater level (listed as "TL" in the elevator) at Valley View Center in Dallas, Texas. I'm quite surprised that you didn't get this one! For some reason, this elevator seems to be the loudest Schindler I've ever been in. I thought of a new nickname for these elevators: "Surround Sound!" The loud hydraulic sounds just fills the elevator car nicely! This AMC Theater opened in August of 2004. Thanks once again to gluse for inspiration, and do continue making your excellent elevator vids!
Dallas Movie: Valley View AMC Entrance - Schindler Escalators!

RATING: G, for families. No need to flag. See where no man has gone before - above the Valley View Mall in Dallas, Texas! I ride the escalators, up and down, at the AMC movie theater at Valley View Center. These are Schindler escalators from 2004. The movie theater opened in August of that year. On the other side are stairs and, if I recall correctly, one other escalator (can't remember which direction, though). Notice the comparison, when I ride down, of the speed of a 2004 Schindler vs. a 1973 Montgomery "Globe and Parallelogram".
